Welcome to The Yoga People Challenge. The teachers of yoga people invite you to change your life before 2010. There is only one thing you have to do to participate: Practice yoga three days a week. Yes, it's just that simple. We know it won't be easy, but lets at least keep it simple! All the teachers at yoga people are here to support, guide, and motivate you through the next three months. This blog will be updated with stories of transformation from teachers and students to help you stay on track. Three days a week, three months, you can do this!
